About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this fully remote role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative customer experience platforms. If you have a strong background in AWS, contact center technologies, and application development, this is a great opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Develop custom call flows, IVR solutions, and integrations with external systems (CRM, databases, APIs).
- Implement AWS Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Lex, Polly, and other AWS services to enhance customer experience.
- Customize user interfaces and dashboards for agents and supervisors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow AWS best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect or cloud-based contact center technologies.
- Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Lex, etc.).
- Strong programming/scripting experience (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, telephony, and contact center workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- AWS Certifications (such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
